This idiom (condemned by Phrynichus Atticista 30, ποῦ ἄπει.. ἁμάρτημα) is found occasionally in early authors, ποῦ τοι ἀπειλαὶ οἴχοντα; Ilias Homerus Epicus “Illiad” 13.219; ἐξελθών που Antipho Orator 2.4.8; ἰόντα που Xenophon Historicus “Institutio Cyri (Cyropaedia)” 1.2.16 ; but in pure Attic dialect only as falsa lectio for{ποῖ},{ποι}.
